Hurricane Irma Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with our Hurricane Irma Recovery! Once you have completed this registration, Molly McEntire, Volunteer Coordinator will be in touch with you as soon as possible. You will be set up with a local church or a Disaster Response Coordinator.

Please reach out to Molly a mmcentire@flumc.org if you need anything or have any questions.

Hurricane Irma was massive. 2.6 million households have registered with FEMA. That is 1/3 of Florida’s 6.4 million households. 254 (or 1/3) of our United Methodist Churches have filed insurance claims. This storm was very big, but we are bigger.

We are collecting money for Hurricane Irma Relief and need your help in our efforts to repair local churches and the communities that surround them.

This will help us supplement the support that the UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) will give us to aid our uninsured and under-insured neighbors.
